Ronakit Ekasing, Pattaya deputy mayor, helped kick off the grand opening and launch party for Orion Condominium in Cosy Beach, Pratumnak Hill. Some 400 guests were welcomed by Yuri Riabov, managing director of Orion Development Co., Ltd., developer of the 275-unit project.
