Centara Grand Phratamnak Resort Pattaya names Pulese executive chef

Luca Pulese has been named executive chef of Centara Grand Phratamnak Resort Pattaya, according to Dominique Ronge, general manager.  The Italian national started his career at Hotel Le Boulevard in Venice 20 years ago, then moved to Osteria Alle Testiere as assistant chef. In 2003, Pulese transferred to Hilton Amsterdam as assistant sous chef, then Hilton Resort and Spa in the Maldives. Following a stint at Great Wall Sheraton Hotel in Beijing, he joined Royal Orchid Sheraton and Towers Bangkok Thailand in 2008 as executive sous chef. He returned to China as executive chef at Sheraton Dameisha Resort and then at Twelve at Hengshan, Shanghai before coming to Pattaya.
