Stevens Suites
Singapore-based Stevens Suites, a resort style boutique residence, has sold 27 of its 32 units.
Some 60 percent of the buyers are from Singapore, while the rest are foreign nationals.
Spaced over four floors plus an attic, the freehold property is slated for completion in December 2014.
Buyers have a choice of one bedroom plus study, or two and three bedroom condominiums ranging from 61 sqm to 108 sqm. There are also three and four bedroom penthouses available which range from 138 sqm to 184 sqm. Prices start at US$1.33 million. Facilities will include Jacuzzi, 25 m lap pool, pool deck, water garden, gymnasium, trellis cabana and BBQ pits. Seven Suites was designed by Nice Façade, and developed by EL Development (Stevens) Pte Ltd.
Located in the District 10 enclave, the development is walking distance from the Newton MRT station. Nearby is the international Orchard Road shopping belt. It is also close to a number of education establishments, such as Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Anglo Chinese School. It is a ten minute drive to the Central Business District (CBD) via the Central Expressway (CTE) and River Valley Road.
