Eight soldiers were killed in Yala Saturday morning

Eight soldiers were killed in a morning bomb attack in Yala's Krongpinang district. Three of them died at the scene while the rest were pronounced dead at a hospital.



They were on leave and heading home on an army truck from their army unit when explosives hidden on a road exploded. Two villagers who were on a motorcycle running nearby were also injured.
