Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra has announced he would make a phone call to address a red-shirt rally at the Rajprasong Intersection Sunday evening.

He posted messages on his Twitter page that he would talk about several issues that he has not recounted to his supports yet.

He apologised to Bangkokians that the rally, which will be held to mark third anniversary of the Rajprasong crackdown, would cause traffic congestion.
