Pattaya Mayor Ittiphol Kunplome presents Brother Denis Gervais C.Ss.R. (second from right) an award citing the late Father Ray Brennan as an outstanding citizen of the city. Father Ray, who died in 2003, was an American Redemptorist priest who founded several local projects for underprivileged children and students with disabilities. The Father Ray Foundation, with Brother Denis as vice president, now cares for more than 850 needy children, blind students and young adults with disabilities.
