There are separate guest quarters with two bedrooms, and one bathroom. There is a fully appointed beauty salon and solarium.

The estate features a resort style pool with two waterslides and poolside bar. There is a sauna room and well-equipped gym as well as a children's playground area. The property has an outdoor tennis court with floodlights, and a nine-car garage, as well as fully fenced horse paddocks, stables and tack room.
