A blessing ceremony marked the start of construction of Seven Seas Condo Resort, Jomtien, according to Universal Group Thailand. Introduced last October, Seven Seas have sold 560 units to locals and expats. Recently receiving Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval, construction of this 15-rai development was set to begin three months ahead of schedule. It will comprise eight low-rise buildings, a 6,000-sqm swimming pool with seven themed islands as well as a cave pool, volcano slide, shaded cabanas and sun lounge areas, submerged ship with watersides and fountains, spa pool and a child's playground. Prices start at 999,000 baht.
