Is Asean ready for free trade?

Re: "Most SMEs not ready for AEC".

This article by Petchanet Pratruangkrai is factually incorrect. The reporter states that "SMEs would prefer the AEC implementation to be pushed back a year, to the beginning of 2016."

Please note that Asean has already delayed implementation of the AEC to December 31, 2015. So moving the implementation to January would delay by one month, not one year.
