Young woman charges stepfather with rape

An 18-year-old girl was taken to Banglamung Hospital for examination after claiming that her stepfather raped her.  The young lady and her sister testified that their mother's husband, Piutsanu Phalaphol, tok her against her will while she was staying in his house while her mother was visiting upcountry. Detectives are now following up on the case, having received the hospital report.
