Live jazz comes to the heart of Ayutthaya's Historical Park from tonight until Friday with Tewan Novel Jazz taking the stage this evening at 6 in front of Wat Phra Ram, a stone throw's from Chao Sam Phraya National Museum.





Tomorrow night it's the turn of Biggles Big Band from Amsterdam, Netherland while Jonas Anderson wraps the event on Friday. An ancient marketplace is also being reproduced with food stalls offering lots of great dishes to hungry visitors.



Khmer traditions celebrated



Visit Prasat Muang Khaek Historical Park in Nakhon Ratchasima's Sung Noen district, and enjoy cultural shows and a dining experience. From March 8 to 10, the historical park will host a Khmer Culture Performance celebrating the civilisation that played such major role in Thailand's Northeast. The show brings glimpses of ancient civilisation via a series of performances. A set dinner priced at Bt1,500 for groups of five is also available. Sung Noen is about 230 kilometres from Bangkok. Pulling the strings



Chiang Mai University plays this Friday and Saturday to the colourful and exotic "Asean Enchanting Puppets 2013" festival. Featuring shows performed by puppeteers from Thailand, Myanmar and Laos, the opening ceremony takes place on Friday at 6pm at Lanna Traditional House Museum in Chiang Mai University. A fair to remember



Visit Thailand Travel Fair at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre tomorrow, and plot your journey across the country. More than 1,250 leading tour operators, airliners, cruise liners and hoteliers will ply their trade and promotion from 10am to 9pm. The fair continues until Sunday.
