New property agency reaches for the sky

Property veteran and real estate trainer Colin Tan's new property agency District 65 is to celebrate its grand opening tomorrow, 12^th January. Tan, who has 20 years of experience in the property game hopes to become the top agency in Singapore by revenue per agent, and in time, the world.

"With the sales galleries and a team of agents, every one of whom has undergone a unique top level sales training programme by ColinTan Training Consultancy, we're in a great position to offer a superb level of customer service to developers and the public," said Tan. "Many of my students go on to earn S$30,000 – S$100,000 per month," he adds. Despite not officially opening until tomorrow, District 65 has seen 400 plus agents applying to join the new agency in less than 90 days. "I don't motivate people, I transform them. It's like a [potential] F1 driver thinking he's driving a school bus – I transform sales people into fully fledged business people," said Tan.

Based in its own 4-storey building along Mohamed Sultan Road, District 65′s comprehensive offices are poised to offer state-of-the-art sales facilities for developers and agents. It boasts 2 state-of-the-art sales galleries, private office space and board rooms. "Our premises are definitely a statement of intent," said Tan. "We want to demonstrate our confidence in our offer and in the long-term prospects of the real estate market in general in Singapore," he added.

"District 65 will be the most exciting, dynamic place for agents to develop their skills and become the top guns of real estate in Singapore," Said Tan.
