61-year-old Dutch man arrested for allegedly providing 'swinging' service in Pattaya

Pattaya police arrested a Dutch man and a Thai woman for allegedly organizing parties for couples to exchange sex partners at their Pattaya resort.

Anthony Verloop, 61, and Kannikar Kankhai, 42, were arrested at the Rammakian Resort on Soi Thapphraya in Bang Lamung district of Chon Buri at 1 am.

Police found about ten couples, mostly foreigners, in nearly naked and several sex toys and used condoms. The couples were not arrested.

Verloop and Kannikar admitted that they opened a web site to invite couples to join parties at their resort to exchange sex partners. Each member will be charged Bt2,300 a yer.

Police charged the two for allegedly soliciting others into sex services.
