You don't have to travel to central London for a bite of the action, nor do you have to be nestled in the midst of New York's ever-so trendy Soho district. Thanks to forward thinking Far East Organization, you can now enjoy the lifestyle, ambience and character that the modern day connotation of "Soho" emanates. Under FEO's SOHO branding umbrella buyers will find properties characterised by design, creativity and modern facilities.
It was exciting to witness the signing of Daewoo EC's and FEO's collaboration last week. The collaboration's inaugural project – The Scotts Tower's TOP is 2016, but has already set tongues wagging. Positioned along Scotts Road in the Cairnhill area of Singapore, the 156 metre tall tower with its modern facilities intends to pack a punch on Singapore's real estate market. It is, however, not the first SOHO branded property that has been introduced to the region, TST will be rubbing shoulders with FEO's other SOHO projects such as The Cape, The Hillier and PS/100.
But TST aims to offer more, to redefine urban living by incorporating the functionality of a private apartment with the convenience and facilities that an office space offers. Included in it's far-reaching amenity list is WIFI – enabled meeting pods that can be pre-booked for client meetings and it even boasts a business style concierge which will assist with courier deliveries and related operation.
TST is looking to redefine urban work and living spaces and in its quest to accommodate future thinkers, it offers the ultimate in creative living. The properties are available in a "semi-white plan," which in essence, apart from structural and major features, means customisable – giving an investor free reign to design the property of their dreams.
Whichever Soho you refer to, London's Soho, "south of Houston's" New York Soho, or even more modern day Hong Kong Soho. I have a feeling that the lifestyle inspired Singapore SOHO will deliver something new and equally notable. Watch this space…
