Smith Obayawat, president of the Association of Siamese Architgects, presents the Universal Design Award 2013 to Sutee Anantepakdee, chief engineer, A-One Pattaya Beach Resort. The award acknowledges the hotel's hospitality of Universal Design for all people including elderly and handicap.
