A luxury two-bed apartment with a guide price of £4.5 million (US$ 7 million) that overlooks Oxford Street in Mayfair London W1 has just been launched. Created by developers Oakmayne in partnership with Northridge Capital, it is just one of two penthouses at 24 Dering Street.

Lambard Browne, known for their work on Robin Birley's private member's club, designed the penthouse. It features a private roof terrace, large entertainment space and lift. "This luxury penthouse set in the heart of the West End offers a truly unique opportunity for residents to enjoy the very best of what the capital has to offer," Shirley Humphrey, Director at Harrods Estates said. "The contemporary interior designed by Lambart Browne complements the lateral living space of this stunning penthouse in the Verge Mayfair, a development which continues to generate international interest."

Oakmaybe and Northridge Capital brought the twelve-unit complex to market last summer and successfully sold off plan to Asian, European and UK buyers. They have sold over 40 projects since the company was established in 1993, creating over 1,000 residential properties. Their portfolio boasts property in Mayfair, Regent's Park and St John's Wood. Their most recent developments include the Embassy Court and Cornwall Terrace schemes.
