Keppel Bay
Singapore's Keppel Land has started a preview of its new condominium development, Corals at Keppel Bay. The 3rd phase project at Keppel Bay is developed by Keppel Land on the historic King's Dock, under the design of Architect Daniel Libeskind who also designed Reflections at Keppel Bay.
100 units were up for grabs at the initial preview at between S$1,800 to S$3,000 (US$1,433 to US$2,388) per sq ft. The 366-unit development is sold with a 99-year leasehold starting from February 2007. Units range from 570 sq. ft up to 3,500 sq. ft for the penthouses and ceiling heights are at 3 meters tall with ground floor deluxe units featuring their own private pool.
Facilities include a public promenade, reflecting pools, water gardens, hydro spa, 50-metre swimming pool, BBQ pavilion, tennis court, children's play area and a clubhouse with a multi-purpose studio, lounge, function room and gym.
Located just a short distance from Vivo City, the CBD and Orchard Road, residents will have easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment options. Corals at Keppel Bay is also one of the two integrated resorts in Singapore, the Resort World Sentosa, which houses restaurants by world famous chefs and also the Universal Studios Singapore.
