Urban Tropics is situated in Kuala Lumpur's city centre

This weekend IJM Land will showcase units available at their Urban Tropics development in Kuala Lumpur.

Situated a seven minute walk from Kuala Lumpur city centre and the Pavilion, Urban Tropics is a low-density development comprising 71 units in total.

Units at Urban Tropics are priced at RM1,005 (US$322) per sqf.

IJM Land is offering a 10 percent rebate and rental guarantee at 5 percent per annum for one year for the first five units purchased, as well as up to 80 percent mortgage financing. Further incentives for buyers include 15 percent off the listed price plus savings on legal fees, memorandum of transfer and state consent.

The proposed plans for a high speed rail link between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore by 2020 may also play a part in attracting investors to Kuala Lumpur.
