This false charge brought by Jim and Pui Phillips for defamation by cyberbullying was reported on a Thailand hate site blog run by former News of the World tabloid newspaper journalist Andrew Drummond who himself faces several criminal court cases for computer crimes and criminal defamation in Thailand. This was the site Mr. Noyes emailed Mr. and Mrs. Phillips requesting they stop promoting.
It is a fact that Mr. Drummond owes almost one million baht (1,000,000) to Plaintiffs Gordon May and James Lundsden who successfully sued Defendant Andrew Michael Drummond for lying about them on Mr. Drummond's hate site blog to defame them.
Mr. Drummond's former employer, News of the World, made international news last year for numerous scandals and past crimes conducted by its journalists. The newspaper and its website Mr. Drummond worked for were shut down by parent company News Corp. Many journalists who worked there have and will be arrested and charged with criminal acts.
So far Mr. Drummond has not been arrested for his "journalistic" work at News of the World. However, Mr. Drummond has already posted bail for several similar criminal charges filed against him in Thailand courts.
With the Phillips' case, yet another of Andrew Drummond's hate site, blog followers fail to have a false charge against Drew Noyes stick. Andre Machielsen, a friend of Mr. Drummond and Jim Phillips, also filed a defamation case against Drew Noyes that was highlighted on Mr. Drummond"s blog until that case was also dismissed - that time in Thailand - by the presiding court judge. Mr. Machielsen's son Samrit (Sam) Machielsen works part time for Mr. Drummond as a secretary.
Drew Noyes had previously exposed Andrew Drummond (in a "Ask Drew Noyes" advice column of the Pattaya Times newspaper) as a hate monger who lied on his blog to scare foreigners from investing in Thailand and from marrying Thais. Mr. Noyes is a foreign investor in Thailand married to a Thai. He is also the Managing Director of a law firm helping foreigners in Pattaya Thailand with 25 bilingual Thai employees including seven licensed Thai attorneys on staff.
Andre Machielsen, a friend of Mr. Drummond and Jim Phillips, also filed a defamation case against Drew Noyes that was food for fodder on Mr. Drummond"s site. In the Thailand defamation case against Drew Noyes, Mr. Machielsen's own witness, Thor Halland, admitted Mr. Machielsen defamed Drew Noyes by posting on a different hate blog site he created, the same blog site Mr. Machielsen had falsely accused Mr. Noyes of creating. The judge quickly dismissed the case.
Mr. Machielsen, also known by the name "Father Christmas," is of questionable mental health. Mr. Halland also admitted he and Mr. Machielsen are friends with and followers of Andrew Drummond's hate site, as is Jim Phillips.
Since Jim Phillips served the summons for the false Clark County Nevada, USA, district court case in Thailand on the defendant and also showed the false charge at an AMCHAM meeting in Bangkok and to many other people in cities in Thailand to defame Drew Noyes, his company lawyers are considering legal action. Both criminal and civil action may include attaching Thailand assets of the couple, not limited to Thai stock brokerage accounts, joint and singular property and the rental income condominiums former friends say are owned in Pui's maiden name. The assets include land, a Bangkok residence and at least a dozen condos in Markland Condotel on Pattaya Beach Road, Soi 1, Nongprue, Banglamung, Chonburi.
Below is the official Clark County Nevada District court record of the false charge Andrew Drummond's followers Jim and Pui Phillips regretfully brought against Drew Noyes while ironically defaming Mr. Noyes in the process:

DISTRICT COURT, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA
In the case of James Phillips, Plaintiff(s) vs. Drew Noyes, Sr., Defendant(s) the Clerk of Court is directed to
CLOSE this case statistically.
Because this complaint consists entirely of fanciful and
clearly baseless claims, it would be subject to dismissal as
factually frivolous pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e) if the
plaintiff were to decide to pursue this civil action in this
Court. See Denton v. Hernandez, 504 U.S. 25, 32-33 (1992).
Despite such dismissal, the plaintiff would not be entitled to a
refund of any portion of the aforementioned filing fee.

The Goigle Search return below for James C Phillips may explain why this complaint - as the judge ruled - "consists entirely of fanciful and
clearly baseless claims, it would be subject to dismissal as
factually frivolous pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)" so Jim Phillips"s mental state will be considered before further legal action is sought by the wrongly accused.
