SET index opens down 10.83 pts, 0.83 pct

Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened on Thursday at 1,288.91, 10.83 points, or 0.83 per cent in line with regional shares amid renewed concerns over economy of U.S. and Europe.

Blue chip SET-50 index was at 868.38, down 8.64 points, or 0.99 per cent.

Top five active (value) stocks: WHA,PTT,ADVANC,BTS,CPF.
