The nomination process for the 2013 Thailand Property Awards is now closed after the final ballot was dropped in the box last Friday. Event Organiser and Property Report publisher Ensign Media is set to collate the nominations before passing them on to this year's award supervisor BDO Advisory.
The firm, a member of the world's fifth largest auditing and accounting organisation BDO International, will then certify the shortlist for the eighth annual TPAs. Once verified, the successful nominees for each of the 35 categories will be contacted and provided with the relevant entry form in the coming weeks.
"We have seen the Thailand Property Awards go from strength to strength since its inception in 2006 and expect this year to be no different," Ensign Media CEO Terry Blackburn said. "The quality of this year's nominations is a testament to the diversity and quality of the country's real estate market."
Super Early Bird tickets for the September 19 ceremony, set to be held at Centara Grand Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, are now on sale at THB4,000 per seat and will be available until April 30.
