16th Asia Pacific Advertising Festival

Founded in 1988, ADFEST is an annual advertising festival which has been celebrating creativity in the Asia Pacific region since 1998. Not only does ADFEST promote and recognize creative excellence, but it is a forum and platform designed for learning and meeting other professionals in the industry. It offers a unique learning opportunity for participants through seeing the best works and listening to inspiring speakers. With PEACH providing a relaxed atmosphere and 11,600 sq.m. of floor space, ADFEST 2013 is the ideal place to engage, interact and exchange views.

ADFEST is open to entries from the Asia Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand, and for the first time, ADFEST 2013 will also include entries from the Middle East to further embrace the cultural diversity and richness of Asia.

In 2013, the theme will be "Connect the Dots", which aims to link and converge strategic knowledge, tools and experiences with creative innovation and ideas into one massive three-day creative festival. ADFEST 2013 aims to provide you with the tools and knowledge you can absorb to become one with networked communications. Chumphon Marine Festival 2013

Date: March 22-26, 2013

Venue: Chumphon

Chumphon is the land of the southern gate. The route for traveling and visiting the beautiful of the marine. A most of beautiful islands along the coast, there are many white sandy beaches and the crystal clear water and many coral reefs under water. Chumphon Governor's Office, Chumphon Estuary Subdistrict Municipality, Tourism Authority of Thailand: Chumphon office, Chumphon Tourism Association etc. cooperate to hold "Chumphon Marine Festival 2013″ on March 22nd-26th, 2013 at Chumphon estuary to promote tourism as well as to conserve the natural resources of Chumphon and create awareness on the tourism potential of Chumphon. Especially attractive islands with sandy beaches, Chumphon has the great area in Thailand for scuba diving. Marine resources have plenty for tourists to visiting.

Activities:

The activities in this event include conserve the environment by doing some mangrove forest planting, exhibition for picture of related interesting place, marine tourism program, scuba diving and snorkeling package, water sports, fresh seafood booth, folk culture, sand sculpture discount for accommodation etc.

Nop Phra Len Phleng Festival

Date: March 26 – April 04, 2013

Venue: Kamphaeng Phet

The Nop Phra Len Phleng Fair is held during the celebrations of Makha Bucha (around February). A tradition since the times of Sukhothai, it is described in the inscription stone found at Nakhon Chum of how processions were organised to pay homage to the town's major religious sites. The fair today consists of colorfully decorated parades of participants dressed in ancient attires crossing the Ping to pay homage to the Holy Relic on the Nakhon Chum side of the river.

Activities:

The visitors can experience the parade to pay respect to Phra That Nakhon Chum and other activities which related to the Buddhist religion. There also the local products selling, the exhibition of agricultural products, cultural performances and light and sound presentations.
